    Welcome Yoga & Seasons of Flow: Menstrual Cycle Awareness For Men

    Do you have people in your life that have periods? Do you crave blood knowledge? Do you seek increased awareness of the cycles that affect us all? 50% of people menstruate, but all of life cycles. By understanding how everything moves this way, we become more aware of our own cyclical nature.

    Join me, JoAnn, a menstrual health educator and coach for a brief, informal talk that explores the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle.

    Balance board yoga

    We will be moving through a variety of yoga poses while balance boarding. A fun twist that takes balance boarding to another level, challenging every part of your body. This moving meditation will stregthen your refexes and create stability. Balance boards will be available to practice for the duration of the festival!

    So, you want to live in your rig, eh? Come learn about the process that will get you to living the life on the road you’ve dreamed of. Join Carson and Vic in an interactive presentation covering topics such as choosing a van or rig, building out the rig, realistic cost and time expectations, silly stories and challenges you may face in the process. We’ll provide plentiful resources and a complete tour of our vans, come join!

    Slow your Roll! Tips for Using a Line Slide

    Tips For Using a Line Slide (Hangover/Rollex/Roller/etc) Learn How-To: + control your speed (we are not here to zip line) + roll over tapes (if you break a tape, someone has to fix it) + undo twisted mainline webbing (this makes things easier for everyone and prevents damages to the webbings) + undo wrapped backup webbing loops (also makes things easier for everyone and prevents damages to the webbings)

    LifeProof Relationships

    If you’re interested in exploring ways to transform your relationships to be more loving, nourishing, and dynamic, please join us. In this workshop I’ll share with you a theory I have developed about relationships, that can be applied to both your relationship with yourself and with other people, that I created from the last three years of being a life and relationship coach for individuals, couples, and families. One part of this framework includes expanding your awareness by seeing being seen. I stoked to introduce you to a simple exercise you can use to hone this particular skill. See you there :)

    Rigging 101: Checking Anchors

    New to highlining? Not sure what all this rigging stuff is about? This workshop will be a non-intensive introduction to checking lines that are already rigged. This will give you an idea of what makes an anchor safe, red flags to watch out for, and hopefully help keep you and your friends safer moving forward.

    Curious about quantum wellness, bio hacking, health sovereignty, holistic medicine? Join us as we unveil what’s possible for your mind, body and soul through the power of frequency. During this workshop, we will delve into our true essence, our original blueprint, to bring forward a deeper connectedness with the self on a soul level. Our intention is to harmonize the human energetic field. We will start by holding an initial tea ceremony to drop into our hearts, followed by a somatic embodiment dance ritual. In this workshop, you'll go through a series of activities that will help you discover your stories, clearly articulate your stories, practice telling your stories out loud, and you’ll also discover the power in giving someone the space to tell their own stories.

    Intro to Leash Climbing

    Leash Climbing and Re-mounting a highline can feel like some of the biggest barriers to feeling comfortable on a highline for newcomers to the sport. The reality is, you're gonna whip. And after whipping, you're gonna have to get back up on the line. Learning how to do so often happens on an actual highline, which in some cases, either due to time constraint or nerves, can result in people not having enough repetition or practice opportunities. Come to this workshop and practice this fundamental skill on a land rig, so that once you're on a highline, you can focus on the essence of what highlining is: slacklining

    This aerial silks workshop will focus on all things drops! Spice up your silks flow as we will cover different types of drops and learn how and when to stack them on top of each other. Prerequisites for this class are a hipkey and single star drop.

    Experience the joyfulness of learning a few creative and dynamic acro lifts. Alex and Everett are excited to share some of their favorite dance inspired moves from this past year with you.     Math and Rigging! Applying mechanical engineering with highlining. This workshop will go through the process of calculating tension on legs of a 2 point and 3 point highline anchor.

    Tired of doing all your rigging with figure-8s? Free-balling it every time you do a weblock tie-off? Come practice knots and official webbing tie-offs to keep your shit secure.

    Breathwork & Mantra chanting

    Connect to your innate self healing modalities through breathwork and chanting Sanskrit mantras. Combining new age and thousand year old practices to tap into higher consciousness and deep inner work to come back to equilibrium. You will learn what is happening to your body physically and mentally with these two practices, as well as experience it supported in a group setting.

    Introduction to Shibari Workshop

    In this workshop, instead of using rope to tie into a highline, we will be using rope to tie ourselves! Come & learn some basic shibari skills to set a foundation for your rope bondage practice. We will discuss key topics for practicing consensual rope bondage as well as learn how to bundle rope, attach two ropes, a single column tie & some fundamental knots and frictions.

    Want to establish an approved urban line? Having difficulty working with your local government? Come join Drake and Drew and we'll discuss how to go about this process!

    Tell me about your slackline incidents!

    Have you broken a finger? Been smacked in the face with the leash? Forgotten to tie in? Had a mainline failure? Been a witness to any of the above? Don't keep it to yourself! Come on over and file a quick ISA report (hell I'll do the work for you). Reports are used for aggregate statistics to help highliners make better choices, and can be publish anonymously or kept private.

    Getting upside down in acro is attainable no matter how much experience you have in acro, even if it's none! This workshop will be useful for people at almost all levels of their acro journey, we'll find an inversion at the edge of your comfort zone and get you upside down!

    Morning Music Jam

    There’s nothing quite like a Jam session around a fire! Ever wish you could follow along during a Jam better or figure out a songs key faster? This workshop is designed for beginner and intermediate musicians who want to learn some skills, tactics and tricks to jam more confidently with others. This will be primarily guitar based, so please bring your guitar. Ill have 1 extra:)We will go over some simple musical theory such as circle of 5ths and pentatonic scales, that can increase your ability to recognize the key of a song and in turn, how to play along and try out a solo. We will also discuss the utility of using Capos and how they can be an awesome tool for jamming. I play primarily guitar, banjo and harmonica. I love to play all types of music but hang in the primarily folky, bluegrass, indie categories. Primarily self taught, Ill teach you what I’ve learned over the years so you can have more fun at your next jam session.

By making laughter a conscious choice, we can create an open and postive frame of mind while strengthening and boosting our immune system!     "Human beings make an average of 35,000 decisions a day. Unfortunately the mechanisms in our brains that allow us so effortlessly to choose between steel cut oats and avocado toast are the same mechanisms that make us terrible at evaluating risk and consequence. In this workshop you will become more aware of and learn to hack your dysfunctional de facto decision making processes so that you can make solid decisions when it counts the most! If you like to play outside and don’t want to die doing it, you NEED this workshop!

    Come learn the basics of shoulder-stands close to the ground at the slackline park. We will go over strategies for turning our bodies upside down and finding balance on our shoulders. Practice makes better so come out and work on your skills!

    Look ma no hands! Learn to split balance both upright and inverted in this workshop where we'll break down 3 different ways to level up our splits in the silks. This workshop will be intermediate/advanced, prerequisites include foot locks, the ability to invert and opposite side knee hook.

    I created a Primal Flow for events/gatherings just as this one. My Primal Flow is to guide you to break free from habitual movements and discover the boundless potential within. By embracing this practice you will unleash a symphony of unique, innate movements that strengthen your physique, cultivate spiritual well-being, foster equanimity, promote healing, and empower your highest Self. First we will begin with a visualization to bring to minds eye your highest Self, move into yoga asana, using the rhythm of the music to begin breaking from the constructs of a yoga practice into ecstatic dance, ending a connection piece of eve gazing and seeing each person partaking with you to ultimately build community and one's self to feel seen.

    Ladies! Join us as we embark on discovery of what make women well suited for highlining. In this workshop we will discuss Women's Cognitive, Affective and Physical attributes that give us advantages in the sport. We will practice climbing a leash, and mounting the line, focusing on the female body.

    Come join me on a psychedelic journey through time and space all through the power of your own breath. This specific breath flow allows us to access and release stagnant energy, emotions or beliefs that may be holding us back. With each inhale we draw in revitalizing energy and with each exhale we release anything that is no longer serving us.

    Mobility & Myofascial Release for the Multi-Sport Athlete

    Come join me for a deep dive into our bodies! In this workshop we'll discuss fascia and learn how to use various release techniques to help promote joint mobility, and reduce injuries. Along with a hip and ankle mobility flow, you will get to practice using different tools and props to release tight or painful areas. Come learn and play!

    Psychedelic Harm Reduction: Simple Safety Suggestions for Proper Party Preparation

    Festival time. It’s important to party smart. Recent media coverage has been glowingly positive regarding psychedelics and related compounds. It’s important to keep in mind that risks still exist. In this talk, we’ll dive into some of the ways to mitigate potential harms of psychedelic drugs, focusing on psychopharmacology and research surrounding supplementation pre- and post-trip.
